Service Description |
| Initial Consultation Follow-Up Consult |
Free $25 |
To meet you and your pet(s), discuss pet care routine, transfer keys, and collect payment. This meeting should be scheduled at least 1 week prior to service. |
| Basic Visit (30 min, 2 pets) |
$25 | Ideal for homes with one to two pets, shorter walks/play time, mid-day social visits & potty breaks. |
| Extended Visit (60 min, 2 pets) |
$35 | Ideal for homes with multiple pets, longer walks, pets with special needs and diets, & watering lots of plants. This visit may be required if you own 3 or more pets. |
| Overnight Pet Stay (12 hr minimum, 2 pets) |
$85 | Sitter will sleep over with your pets keeping them company through the night. Each overnight includes 2 walks/play sessions. |
Pet Transport |

| Pet Taxi | $25 one way $40 two way |
Taxi your pets to and from their appointments (i.e. vet or groomer). Designed for 2 pets max. |
Concierge Services |

| Errands and/or deliveries | $25/hr | For non-pet related errands or pick ups/deliveries of supplies. |
Additional Fees |

| Additional Pet Fee (beyond 2 pets) | $5/pet/visit | One cage/tank (birds, fish, reptiles, rodents) is counted as one pet. |
| Last Minute Booking | $10 | Additional charge for visits with less than 24hr notice. Availability is not guaranteed. |
| Key Pick-Up/Drop-Off | $15 | Clients can purchase a lock box from our office or have a designated hiding spot outside their home. If you choose to not use a lockbox, our staff can pick-up/drop-off your house key. |
| Holiday Surcharge | $20/Federal Holiday | A surcharge for the following holidays will be applied: Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve & Day, & New Year's Eve & Day |
| Supply Pick-Up | $25 | Should your pet run out of supplies (food or litter) while you're gone, a pick-up service fee plus the cost of the supplies will be charged. |
| Return Check Fee | $30 | A return check fee shall be applied to total payment balance. |
| Late Payment Fee | $25 | For invoices 7 or more days late |
- Each pet visit includes: feeding and watering, walks/exercise/playtime, potty relief or litter box cleaning, administer medication, home security measures, house plant watering if applicable, clean-up messy surprises & garbage disposal.
- 10% discount for a package of 20 dog walks per month (not applied to vacation pet care).
